I would suggest the parking lots, especially the ones on the east side of Berkmans Rd (they are the ones that fill up first, so those are the people who have been there the longest). Find people walking to their cars.
Find someone who has a merch bag, and it is after lunch (means they haven't already used their re-entry swipe). Try and find someone in their 20's or above 65 to get it from (we found the middle-aged guys were the most stubborn)
Ask them if you could use their re-entry swipe, and even offer up some cash for it if needed ($50/pass?). Also offer to mail it to them once you are done using it, and get their phone number and address.
Follow those steps and you will have the best chance at securing a pass on a Tuesday. Also, take an uber up there if you plan to do this. There will be absolutely zero parking left after lunch (ANGC does not back fill spaces, once a space is used for the day, it will no longer be used again).
