How long do you want to ignore this user?
Wanted to see if anyone here has had similar experience or a better explanation than stubhub themselves gave me....

Order placed for Friday Badges. In order confirmation it says paper tickets and expected delivery by 4/9 shipping to my home address.

I had always heard stubhub tickets are picked up at the stubhub house at the masters, so I called stub hub to just verify that was correct about shipping to my home address. We leave on 4/10 so a delivery by date of 4/9 seems a little to close for comfort.

Stubhub customer support was worthless. I had to explain to him what the masters was. He talked to a manager who told him they've never heard of an on site location to pick up the tickets. I told him I'd actually prefer the shipment to my home if I could be sure they'd arrive on time. He tried to suggest shipping to our airbnb if I was concerned (hell no).

So in short, anyone ever had their order listed as paper tickets and shipping to your home address, and did they arrive in plenty of time?

Appreciate the help!

I did sell some this way 5-6 years ago on my sister's behalf, but I shipped them in early March after I got them from the Masters in late Feb. That date is probably more of a calculation. In reality, your seller will probably send them once they get them in hand which should be a good 6-8 weeks before

The seller doesn't get paid until you get them, so that's motivation for them to get on the stick and send them

Two years ago when I got my tickets from the Masters they only were delivered to my house less than 2 weeks before the event. I think they've tightened up that window to try to curb resale.

That is good to know. I think like the last response said it has sounded like Augusta has shortened up the window when they send out tickets the last few years so extra motivation by the seller to get them sent in time or not get paid helps.

I actually saw on a reddit thread yesterday of a seller who didn't ship in time and stub hub not only refunded the buyer but charged the seller and banned them from selling. Pretty harsh but I get it when their business relies on sellers shipping in time.
