He made the weekend. Time to start over.

Great final round. Will drop 2 or 3 spots but everyone vying for the last 8 or so spots is super close.

Really helped himself out today. Will end up being close to a top 25 spot for the weekend. If Peterson and Atkins finish outside of top 3, that would be big to help prevent more guys being right around Sam fighting for the last few spots of top 30
Roughly where he will end up post event. Not much separating all of those in that area but has a decent lead on 31. Still needs to have two quality finishes.

Not a hot start. +2.... Another missed opportunity on a par 5 and missed a 4 footer for bird on another hole. If he falls out of top 30, short putts and par 5 scoring will be the reason.
Has played his was back to E! Anything E- -2 is good on this course. One of the tougher courses they will play.

Bad bogey when he was in fairway. sits at +2 for tourney with 7 holes to go.. cut will likely be E now. Need to go -2 over last 7.
15th. Again perfect off the tee and only 136 out and he ends up really short and in the sand. Somehow he saves it and makes a 9' for par. I know you think his putter is bad. I think his approach shot gets him in more trouble. Luckily he did claw back to even with 3 to play. Just make pars and earn two more days.

I think it's just us focusing on the negative, but it sure seems he has a lot more 3 putts and 3 shot occurrences (instead of getting up and down) from around the green.
The putting really is a struggle. Compared to his playing partners he definitely has a hard time.
E for day. If he could go really low tomorrow he could ease a bit of pressure next week. Not many big numbers being posted on this course and everyone is within 2-3 to really improve position.
But regardless he will need to show up big time for Finals. Thankfully no cut so hopefully he can let loose and go low!

It's all going to come down to the last tournament of the season. Probably for the last tour card. It's nut cutting time for Sam. Gotta birdie some par 5's, make a few putts, and no 3 putts.

Wow. He just missed another 2' putt. This is a REALLY bad time for his putting to go on vacation, but it appears it has. Needs a little form going into the last tournament, and he is far from it. But he always fights back when the chips are down. Somehow he needs to bring things together in 2 weeks. He is now on the bubble. sitting in 30th.
Sam absolutely has to do something this off-season about his putting and par 5 scoring. If he misses out on a tour card this year, both of those will be the main culprit.
Wheels falling off badly today. It is what it is. All going to come down to Finals.

Pretty close between 24 and 30. Just finishing higher than any of them by a few spots should cause him to jump them. Needs to play some solids golf though in 2 weeks.
