I'm sure they do a survey but Pine Beetles can take out an otherwise healthy tree.

we've had quite a bit of rain in GA over the last 2 weeks, so the ground is pretty soft...won't take much wind to bring a few trees down.

A couple guys with chainsaws are about to make quick work of those and by the time patrons are back, you'll hardly know that a tree fell there. Crazy how good the grounds crew is there.
