I too would hope it would be cleaning out staff and hiring your own support group and assistants. That would be really bad to tell those women they are no longer on the team nor have their scholarships just because it is a new coach.
They may already have someone lined up but as a state institution, you cannot do these kinds of hires over night. State law requires advertising for the position, responding to all applicants, interviews, and making sure you have the new coaches gender pronoun correct.aggiefan1988 said:

I agree. 5 more years would make her retirement better from USC than starting over at TAMU. The position was finally posted on the TAMU Employment Site for whatever that means.Bobaloo said:
