What happened?
NCAA site shows us at +1.
No they have us at +2 as well
One-stroke penalty for slow play. Bull****.
What's tie breaker? Our 5th score was +4. Both New Mexico and UNLV's 5th scores were lower.
Just announced it was a one stroke penalty for slow play. Who issues a slow play penalty on a critical hole, like that?

So where do we watch the playoff?

So is slow play a judgement call by the officials or is there a rule that says you have a certain number of minutes to finish each hole or what? If that is a judgement call then wow, what complete bull****.

Each player from each team will play ONE hole. After everyone is done, they will tally up the total numbers and we will have our top 8.
Each player will not play the same hole. So there will be a 4-some on 5 different holes.

So who was the player responsible for the penalty?
I'm not a huge golf enthusiast, so how common are slow play penalties? Is it because they study a shot too long or something else?
Are we certain what/when the penalty was assessed?
They're uncommon, but you get enough warning. Nobody to blame but yourself.
