Do you people ever listen to yourselves? If Tech had A&M's season (including the loss to Baylor, and the humiliating bowl loss), and A&M had Tech's season (loss to New Mexico & blowout loss to Texas), A&M fans would be proclaiming supreme dominance and saying that they had the better season.

New Mexico was 7-5 and went to a Bowl.

They beat Tech, Wyoming, BYU, Wyoming, San Diego State, Colorado State, etc.

New Mexico lost to Utah (same margin of loss as A&M), lost by 4 to Washington State, lost by 5 at Air Force, lost by 10 at Oregon State.

Baylor went 3-8 and their only decent win was over a team that finished unranked: A&M.

Beat A&M, North Texas, and Division 1-AA Texas State (by 7 points).

Lost to UAB (by 42 points) and the rest of the Big 12 (besides A&M).

Remember when Purdue beat 11-1 KSU in the Alamo Bowl? KSU wasn't as over rated as Cal, but I think both had the same mentality going into their bowl game, and it wasn't "fired up".

Are you sad that your little string of 3 win streaks is over? They were almost as nice as the 5 game streak we put on you prior to that. I know tards want to belive that the upsets will continue, but I don't know if you've noticed that we have a new coach (I know tech fans like to believe that there is some kind of mystical aura that causes A&M to let down against an inferior team like tech, but unfortunately for you reality is that coaching has a lot to do with that).

PS. Has anyone ever noticed almost every tech grad's reaction when you ask them where they graduated from? They sort of shift their feet and their eyes dart from side to side as they say "texas tech" in a feeble voice. There is a reason for that.

See, you are forgetting a LOT of details here; details like the fact that A&M played teams like Clemson and Utah in the preseason, while tech played pure garbage; details like the fact that tech played the 3rd place team and the 2 cellar dwellers in the north division, while A&M played the top two teams and one of the CDs. Yes A&M lost to Baylor, but the tards lost to New Mexico. With Clemson, Utah and Colorado added to the tard schedule, there would have likely been 2 more losses (and maybe 3). with non-conf thrown out (non-conf is obviously in A&M's favor)and bowl games thrown out (arguably could also be in A&M's favor as I bet a lot of people would have layed money on Tenn to beat Cal), we ended the season with the same conf record and a head to head victory (and as stated before tech played the weaker north div schedule by far). So, tell me again who was the better team?
