Mark this down for future reference: Tom Allen, Indiana. The culture fit is right, and Indiana can't defend against money-whipping. And if he can do interesting things with Hoosier football, he could do things in Texas.

The other thing the sips have to take into account is the trash fire that is Michigan. Apparently their fan base wants to murder Harbaugh. If Michigan is also seeking a coach, there could be a bidding war. Michigan has the better conference vs the has been and never-were in the Big 12.
