I am not sure it matters why I am here as to the question I posed. Count him, don't count him, makes no difference to me, but apparently it matters to you and others. Kid is 18 and hasn't played a down of football, I will care when he actually contributes, you should really take that approach.
Yet here you are, making sure we know that he's being counted.
A&M's class is still better. Especially if Shepherd flips.

But 247, etc. that DO care it matters because that's how the rankings are determined.

I guess we shall see how far the NCAA wants to take this free agency trend. Historically, when your butt hits the seat in a classroom the 5 years to play 4 clock starts. But they are about as wishy washy as 24/7.
And even if they'd gotten McCoy as a recruit it's still absurd that one recruit would result in a jump from 9 to 3.

Allowing him to play in 2019 would render the NLI pointless and they know that. Which is why they dont consider coaching changes as hardships.

Not when the 52nd ranked safety suddenly becomes the 24th best overall recruit regardless of position. But remember that none of this matters. Except when they showed up around here months ago to rub their wishlist in our faces.
They whiffed on the wishlist so 24/7 will just cook the books for them.
