Honestly, it is not a bad idea....just modify the numbers a little and replace SEC with AAC and that is closer to a balanced conference.
Move Tulsa to the "West" so there are 11 Teams in each division, only play 2 OOC games and 10 divisional games (They can even keep the "One true champion" for each division and meet in playoffs.).
Have UCF meet OU in 75% of the BigAAC (pronounced as Big Aass) CCG.
Profit.
I'm not saying it's not ridiculous, but I think it is less absurd than B12 into SEC.
