LOL so he consents to the website agreement and publicly posts on the internet for years, but then thinks he can post this and retroactively negate the agreement and all of his posted information that he previously gave permission to use and posted publicly is now private? I'm not a lawfin but I don't think that's how law works, law dog.
for folks out there that were on the fence about whether or not this guy was a know-nothing dolt, this ought to be conclusive evidence that he is a know-nothing dolt.

    About a year ago I went to demo some software at an energy company in Denver. After seeing what they did, I thought I could do that. After finding out how much they charge ($3000/month) I thought I need to do that.

    At a tailgate a few weeks later I mentioned it to a friend and she knew of the company but wasn't interested in their reports, due to their flawed analysis. She just wanted the numbers. After a strange series of events I started up writing the code a few months ago and version 1 is out the door at http://www.mypipeserver.com

    Essentially we take data that the federal government requires interstate gas pipelines to place on their website from all the natural gas pipelines in the U.S. and place it into one site. Customers can build reports, email data and build excel spreadsheets from the data we collect.

    We have the modules for natural gas pipelines written and in use, but would like to expand into any energy related field that companies place data on line for. The data we are collecting now includes lists of customers for the pipelines, that includes information such as how much gas and contract start and stop dates, and notice information, that includes maintenance and emergency data about the pipelines.

    So we are looking to meet anyone that is in the energy industry, that goes to websites to collect information. We want to make their lives easier. If you or someone you know does this type of work, we'd love to hear from you.

    Everyone involved in the company is a poster here, I'll let them out themselves if they want.

    I can't find it offhand, but on burnt orange nation when A&M played OU in the 2013 Cotton Bowl, all of the members on there were openly rooting for Oklahoma to destroy A&M. When it became obvious that A&M was going to blow them off the field in the second half, then they switched and rooted for A&M to run it up.

    When push comes to shove, 'sips will root for OU over A&M every time. That's all you need to know about who their 'real' rival is.
