Texas signed the top 2 DTs in state and both are in the top 25 for their position in the nation. Oh, and both were offered by Jimbo and he went after both hard, but he lost. I believe that is Herman 2 Jimbo 0.
Texas Signed 1 WDEs; Ossai is ranked higher than any DE you signed, and again Jimbo went hard after him, but he lost. Tom Herman 3 Jimbo 0.
Texas signed the #6 ILB in the country in Ayodele Adeoye from IMG Academy. He is a guy a lot of big schools were going hard after.
To think we didn't get high quality help in the front 7 is ridiculous, I know you are happy with the class, it's a good one you should be, especially for a transition year, but if you think it comes close to the class Texas signed. You are a moron, but you are an Aggie so there is that.

Texas fans acting like their class is so much better than ours is downright hilarious. Especially trying to justify their joke of an Offensive line class. They supposedly have 3 guys rated higher than Luke Matthews, which is completely ludicrous. The Matthews kids are the sons of one of the most successful offensive lineman to ever play in the NFL and the most day 1 college ready lineman once they step foot on A&M's campus. Because they won't consider going to another school besides A&M, some neck bearded idiot from 247 who has never picked up a football in their life says "let's just slap a low 4* ranking on this kid." Haha, not even the most delusional of horns can seriously believe that any of their lineman are better than a Matthews kid, who have all been taught proper technique since they could walk.

Second bolded statement: by four spots in the national ranking because Max missed most of the season due to injury.
On OL your best signee is leaving on mission for two years and the other four guys are projects.

Exactly.....well said. ChoseMinnyState's dumb ass acting like they've got a much better front 4 class is just more stupidity spewing from his keyboard. Especially since we're likely to add the top ranked JUCO Gerland tomorrow, who has offers from the likes of Bama, Georgia, OU, Miami, LSU, etc. Not only that, but even the most delusional t-shirt horns wouldn't not agree to swap OL classes. Like Concordia grad Buscemi apparently doesn't get, anyone with half a brain can basically guarantee that Luke Matthews will have more starts and a more successful college career than any of the 3 guys supposedly "better" than him in the 247 rankings. Especially the guy who isn't going to be around the game of football for well over 2 years. None of those idiots would make a bet on that.
Bottom line, the difference in the 2 classes is essentially because of their defensive back haul of 6, which is really good. We're going to have a class like that in 2019, as we've already gotten a 5* and the #1 safety in America and #8 rated player overall, along with a 4* corner (well, before Burton bumps both down for committing to us).

You are clearly unbiased, lol. To claim that Texas did not get better in the trenches or have a very good trench class this recruiting cycle is ******ed, and only flys in aggieville... nowhere else....and is really about you trying to hang on to this 7 on 7 narrative more than anything.
Don't forget our 2 4* QBs, best Texas RB, LB, etc, etc... This is a salty Texas class ACROSS the board whether you can bring yourself to admit it or not. And yes, the secondary recruiting class is legendary. You guys should feel good about your secondary class coming up as a result, but it will not sniff ours from this year overall.

"ACROSS the board" would have to include OL, which your class was weak at. it's not like OL was a problem for y'all this last year.Texasteasipper said:David_Puddy said:Quote:

You are unbiased as well....t-shirt. Which is why you idiots register over here to e-defend a school that took a sh-t on your application. Simply because you want to participate in some "unbiased" discussion, right? Your DL class isn't better than ours, I'm sorry to break it to you. We have a 4* DT (flip from the National Champions), 2 4* DE, a 3* DE, and likely to add the top JUCO DL (who has offers from 3/4 playoff teams). Your t-shirt team has a 4* DT, a 4* DE, and 2 3* DE. You still cannot justify your OL class. And honestly, why are you even counting your top rated OL? He should be classified in the 2020 class.
The statement in absolutes that I bolded is hilarious. You really think we're "not diff yours" when we've already got a 5* and 4* with a whole year remaining is silly. The only thing we won't "sniff" is signing f'ing 6 defensive backs, since that is entirely too damn many.
Oh yeah, and it's "flies" by the way, you tier 4 educated dumbass.
It's because they don't have coaches that develop players Puddy. They get decent classes and have losing seasons.Quote:
Message to all of you t-shirt dorks, you've always had good recruiting classes, yet have managed to only have 1 winning season in the last 4. You had the 7th ranked recruiting class 2 years ago and the 10th ranked recruiting class the year before that. One day you mouth breathers will learn that you need good coaching for it to translate to anything of substance. Look at your f'ing record with those back to back top 10 classes.

Yes, I'm so f'ing angry that you dumbasses who have no affiliation to Texas other than a shirt from Academy choose to come to an Aggie website to spout a bunch of nonsense. I just think it's pathetic and I enjoy laughing at you, and because there isn't much action on the Maroon & White board right now after signing day.
Well we already have a Safety ranked higher overall than yours from this year, so not sure how you can claim that. I can all but guarantee that we won't be signing SIX DBs. Of course you don't give a rats ass about A&M or A&M recruiting, which is exactly why you registered a username here and have been posting here daily.....right?
Do your Aggie family members laugh at you for being this HUGE Texas fan who wasn't smart enough to get accepted as well? Are your Aggie family members more successful than you.....is that why you hate us? What brings out such vitriol for the Aggies which causes you to come onto our website every day? Do tell.....

Lololol... it's posts like these that keep me coming back.
Your post just reeks of insecurity with sprinkled with a dash of confused superiority complex. You do realize you joined the ultimate T shirt conference in the country right? And the real reason it's all you talk about is because aggies don't or can't attract t shirt fans so it becomes a big talking point as if you have any clue about anyone on a friggin message board.
Aggies have won exactly nothing in your lifetime. Your last natty was closer to Lincoln's death than anything and your last conference title was like 20 years ago, your best year in SEC was with Big 12 players, and have y'all EVER had a top 5 recruiting class??
Keep up the comedy I'll be back later in the week to check in on ya...
