Good then they should be happy playing those teams and quit bugging us. The fact of the matter is that the teasip game is no longer that important to us. It's been replaced by several SEC schools.

I have had more enjoyable experiences at SEC venues than I ever had driving to and from austin. Heck Nashville is a nicer with more things to see and do and much more fun city than austin could ever be. Don't miss austin a bit.

In fact the one school in the big12 that I could see us having a series with is TCU. And that is only if/when we get the Arkansas game out of jerry world and back to a home and home basis. A trip to Fort Worth is much more fun than a trip to Austin and of course the TCU/A&M game would have to be played in jerry world when TCU is the home team.

Other than that the only other big12 team that I could see us playing is OU and that would have to be on a home and home basis. That would be a kick in the teeth to the OU/Tu game in dallas. So I don't see the sips wanting that to happen.

Otherwise that's it as far as our involvement with the big12 would go.

Austin sucks,...

I had to go to the DMV on Parmer yesterday, Live about 58 miles away, left at 6:20 AM, arrived at DMV at 7:45 AM.

That place just should be torn down, so many imports clogging up the traffic. And I did 2 years in South Austin, 14 years at Lake Travis, left in 2005.

A&M was mentioned at least twice at the BDF media week. Once by whiny Patterson and again by kissy Herman. I don't think a single BDF team was mentioned once at SEC media week. But yeah, we need them more than they need us.
