FTR, that poster is in the definite minority. Most love RD and hang on his every post. He hasn't been neg-banned. If a sizeable proportion of their posters disagreed with him, he would disappear on that forum like a fart in a dust storm.

(And VatoLocoAg is a sip troll.)
Agreed in general, but not many at all are going along with him on the latest diatribes. As hard as it is to believe, I think he may have finally outkicked his coverage.

ah yes, the board of Derpa Derpa and all those other mouth breathing, mongoloid t-shirts is in actuality a bunch of reasonable, well intentioned fans who can see straight through his insane ramblings. Right.

The crazy thing about this whole deal is that cold hard facts show that Texas A&M was using the term "12th Man" way earlier than any copyright agreement. He is just flat ignoring those facts and/or claiming that they are fabricated.

Oh, and Chip Brown also has this story, so if you think he isn't going to go off on John Sharp, you probably should guess again.

Can someone that isn't blocked by Chimp ask him about this?

Cuppycup, did your email dump include Chip digging on the 12th man??

Poor little Randy. Really pity the poor guy.
Maybe if there was anybody in his life that cared about him, he could get some help.
He has some serious issues. And he isn't getting better. I pray that someone in his life will help get him treated. Guess he has no one in his life that feels he is worth the time and effort. No one cares.
So you are left with a guy who is pretty messed up without the prospect of getting better.

Wait until the article that is being written about this is published. The writer will unquestionably be able to skewer **** big time. He may be more hated than me because he has a much bigger platform to speak from. The publication has a national presence, so he will be despised by ****. I'm really wanting to read that article to see what he has written.
So I assume he has been talking to Chip Brown. They both deserve each other!

The crazy Texas fan angle would be a much smaller story than writing about TAMU's fraudulent trademark and their insanely stupid decision to try to perpetrate a fraud upon the federal court to defend it. The fact that an **** alumnus is the judge hearing the case makes the story even better.

The writer is a professional. He understands what angle will have the most interest. besides, at the end of the day, the fact remains that I am right.

The **** 12th Man "tradition" started in 1921 (if not sooner), and for decades thereafter only consisted of calling their fans the team's 12th Man. Hundreds of other schools had the exact same tradition. It wasn't until at least 1939 that the E. King Gill angle began to be included in the school's tradition. It wasn't until 1962 that the school first mentioned Gill in connection with the school's 12th Man "tradition" in any of their yearbooks.

Texas A&M fraudulently mislead the USPTO when they filed their trademark application claiming the school's tradition started in 1922 and was from that day connected with E. King Gill. There are attempting to perpetuate a fraud upon the federal court by again fraudulently asserting their tradition started in 1922 to commemorate E. King Gill.

Whatever anyone thinks of me, my research is solid. The bigger story here is the university's fraud, not that college football in the state of Texas has passionate fans. No one in Buffalo, Seattle or Indianapolis is going to care in the least about a story discussing a football fan who does historical research. However, when the pro football fans in those cities learn the bullying Texas A&M was doing over the trademark was part of a long running fraud, they are going to want to read that article.
The latest diatribe. Ha! Beyond his obsession and delusion he thinks Chip Brown is a professional! He is also hedging his bets no matter what the legal outcome, HE is still right in his research!

That's what is so funny about all of this. Even if he is "right," he still has not even come close to showing any fraud anywhere - not with the original TM filing, any renewal, or any pleading. That word has a specific legal meaning, and Randy cannot seem to grasp that or its elements.

That's just one of many reasons why he is destined for disappointment.

What in the hell is Randy Duke talking about in this lawsuit?

All that has happened is deadline for the Colts to move/answer has been delayed (until today). That means that the Colts will put something on the docket that either denies the allegations or requests that the court dismiss the suit. The deadline for this has been extended numerous times by agreement of the parties. Today's filing will be a non-event.

And speaking of the "A G G Y" judge in this case: Duke is talking about Sim Lake. Judge Lake is a hell of a good judge and a smart guy. Like Duke, Judge Lake takes pride in his work. Unlike Duke, Judge Lake is not a knuckle dragging ret@rd that will be dead-ass wrong.

Oh, and since I know Duke will read this: I know Judge Lake. I clerked for another federal judge in the same building and got to know the guy. Go **** yourself for attempting to impugn the man's character or ability as a jurist.
