Introduction
1. The Industrial Revolution and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race. They have greatly increased the life-expectancy of those of us who live in "advanced" countries, but they have destabilized society, have made life unfulfilling, have subjected human beings to indignities, have led to widespread psychological suffering (in the Third World to physical suffering as well) and have inflicted severe damage on the natural world. The continued development of technology will worsen the situation. It will certainly subject human beings to greater indignities and inflict greater damage on the natural world, it will probably lead to greater social disruption and psychological suffering, and it may lead to increased physical suffering even in "advanced" countries.
2. The industrial-technological system may survive or it may break down. If it survives, it MAY eventually achieve a low level of physical and psychological suffering, but only after passing through a long and very painful period of adjustment and only at the cost of permanently reducing human beings and many other living organisms to engineered products and mere cogs in the social machine. Furthermore, if the system survives, the consequences will be inevitable: There is no way of reforming or modifying the system so as to prevent it from depriving people of dignity and autonomy.
3. If the system breaks down the consequences will still be very painful. But the bigger the system grows the more disastrous the results of its breakdown will be, so if it is to break down it had best break down sooner rather than later.
4. We therefore advocate a revolution against the industrial system. This revolution may or may not make use of violence; it may be sudden or it may be a relatively gradual process spanning a few decades. We can't predict any of that. But we do outline in a very general way the measures that those who hate the industrial system should take in order to prepare the way for a revolution against that form of society. This is not to be a POLITICAL revolution. Its object will be to overthrow not governments but the economic and technological basis of the present society.
5. In this article we give attention to only some of the negative developments that have grown out of the industrial-technological system. Other such developments we mention only briefly or ignore altogether. This does not mean that we regard these other developments as unimportant. For practical reasons we have to confine our discussion to areas that have received insufficient public attention or in which we have something new to say. For example, since there are well-developed environmental and wilderness movements, we have written very little about environmental degradation or the destruction of wild nature, even though we consider these to be highly important.
THE PSYCHOLOGY OF MODERN LEFTISM
6. Almost everyone will agree that we live in a deeply troubled society. One of the most widespread manifestations of the craziness of our world is leftism, so a discussion of the psychology of leftism can serve as an introduction to the discussion of the problems of modern society in general.
7. But what is leftism? During the first half of the 20th century leftism could have been practically identified with socialism. Today the movement is fragmented and it is not clear who can properly be called a leftist. When we speak of leftists in this article we have in mind mainly socialists, collectivists, "politically correct" types, feminists, gay and disability activists, animal rights activists and the like. But not everyone who is associated with one of these movements is a leftist. What we are trying to get at in discussing leftism is not so much movement or an ideology as a psychological type, or rather a collection of related types. So... It turns out I know Randy personally. I've hung out with him on multiple occasions, though not in the past several years, and based on rational conversations I had with him at the time, I really believe the poor ******* has completely lost his mind. From what I've heard, his life kinda took a nosedive since I last saw him. I do know the story about his wife running off with an Aggie is BS, though. Charles (everyone calls him Dan for some reason) has never been married and doesn't have any kids. He did have a girlfriend last time I saw him who might have ran off with an Aggie, but I got the impression that she was the one wanting to get married and he was just stringing her along.

Anyway, it's sad seeing someone you know descend into such a state of delusion and insanity. Nobody takes his rantings and ravings seriously in the real world, neither should anyone here.

This is going public. It is only a matter of when and the "when" is soon. Very soon. Trust me, there are people reading this thread. I have been corresponding with them on a regular basis. They have much more information than I have provided in my posts. The information has been verified and fact checked. It is just a matter of when they choose to go public with the story and considering tomorrow is either the day Sharon Israel spills the beans to Judge Lake or the day she avoids her ethical duty to do so, my guess is this story will break sooner rather than later.

The problem for both the Colts and the university is that the press has this story and will unquestionably go public with the truth about the 1939 radio play as the origins of the **** 12th Man fairy tale.

The **** complaint reads, in part:
The 12TH MAN Mark was initially adopted in 1922 as a remembrance of a student at Texas A&M, E. King Gill, and his spirit of readiness to serve Texas A&M's football team in time of need.

Everyone understands that is a false assertion and was made essentially to perpetuate the unlawful scheme which began when the university filed the fraudulent trademark application.

Judge Lake has two options, allow the fraudulent pleadings to stand and be mocked in public as a corrupt jurist who cares more about his undergrad alma mater than his professional ethics or claim he didn't know the true history of his alma mater and make himself out to be an idiot who stupidly believed everything he was taught at fish camp. Neither option is especially attractive for a federal jurist. I would hate to be either counsel in this matter after Judge Lake is put into a position of public humiliation.

The two sides can settle the case tomorrow, but the article is still going to be published showing Counselor Israel knew about he school's fraudulent scheme and that she did nothing to notify the court about what was going on. She will be facing a complaint before the Texas State bar for not disclosing the fraudulent scheme that the university has been perpetuating and she will have to explain how she acted in her client's best interest in advising them to enter into a settlement when she knew the entire case is part of a fraudulent scheme designed to deprive her client of its money.

As far as the attorney for the university, he is screwed. Once the article that is coming out makes it to the desk of the Texas Attorney General, all hell will break loose, so a settlement does nothing for ****. Not disclosing the fraud to the court does nothing for Counselor Israel. Regardless of whether the article gets published this week or not, this matter will be in the hands of the Texas AG's office and the U.S. Attorney's office by the first of next week.

On the positive side for ****, once this breaks, the Johny Manziel and campus racism stories are going to get pushed aside. Oh, and Chip Brown also has this story, so if you think he isn't going to go off on John Sharp, you probably should guess again.
