I'd like to see him sue the attorneys on both sides and get labeled a vexatious litigant.

Even the shag has turned on him now. The dude has been in serious need of professional help for a long time. I hope he doesn't show up on our campus armed.

I'd be fine if he just offed himself. My concern however is that Charles is going to shoot up faculty and students at A&M on his way to suicide by cop.

I disagree. The help he needs would likely come at my tax payer dollars. I don't feel he has done anything to warrant such welfare and would request he take the admirable way out, rather than further burden society.

Hey guys, remember when Duke said he would bring A&M to its knees about the 12th man during the Seahawks fiasco?

I expect this to turn out the same way.

This guy does not have one shred of credible proof that ANY of the effort he has put into this has amounted to ANYTHING.

This is from a different "enlightened" individual. Let's see how similar the prose are.

quote:
INDUSTRIAL SOCIETY AND ITS FUTURE
Introduction
1. The Industrial Revolution and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race. They have greatly increased the life-expectancy of those of us who live in "advanced" countries, but they have destabilized society, have made life unfulfilling, have subjected human beings to indignities, have led to widespread psychological suffering (in the Third World to physical suffering as well) and have inflicted severe damage on the natural world. The continued development of technology will worsen the situation. It will certainly subject human beings to greater indignities and inflict greater damage on the natural world, it will probably lead to greater social disruption and psychological suffering, and it may lead to increased physical suffering even in "advanced" countries.
2. The industrial-technological system may survive or it may break down. If it survives, it MAY eventually achieve a low level of physical and psychological suffering, but only after passing through a long and very painful period of adjustment and only at the cost of permanently reducing human beings and many other living organisms to engineered products and mere cogs in the social machine. Furthermore, if the system survives, the consequences will be inevitable: There is no way of reforming or modifying the system so as to prevent it from depriving people of dignity and autonomy.
3. If the system breaks down the consequences will still be very painful. But the bigger the system grows the more disastrous the results of its breakdown will be, so if it is to break down it had best break down sooner rather than later.
4. We therefore advocate a revolution against the industrial system. This revolution may or may not make use of violence; it may be sudden or it may be a relatively gradual process spanning a few decades. We can't predict any of that. But we do outline in a very general way the measures that those who hate the industrial system should take in order to prepare the way for a revolution against that form of society. This is not to be a POLITICAL revolution. Its object will be to overthrow not governments but the economic and technological basis of the present society.
5. In this article we give attention to only some of the negative developments that have grown out of the industrial-technological system. Other such developments we mention only briefly or ignore altogether. This does not mean that we regard these other developments as unimportant. For practical reasons we have to confine our discussion to areas that have received insufficient public attention or in which we have something new to say. For example, since there are well-developed environmental and wilderness movements, we have written very little about environmental degradation or the destruction of wild nature, even though we consider these to be highly important.
THE PSYCHOLOGY OF MODERN LEFTISM
6. Almost everyone will agree that we live in a deeply troubled society. One of the most widespread manifestations of the craziness of our world is leftism, so a discussion of the psychology of leftism can serve as an introduction to the discussion of the problems of modern society in general.
7. But what is leftism? During the first half of the 20th century leftism could have been practically identified with socialism. Today the movement is fragmented and it is not clear who can properly be called a leftist. When we speak of leftists in this article we have in mind mainly socialists, collectivists, "politically correct" types, feminists, gay and disability activists, animal rights activists and the like. But not everyone who is associated with one of these movements is a leftist. What we are trying to get at in discussing leftism is not so much movement or an ideology as a psychological type, or rather a collection of related types. Thus, what we mean by "leftism" will emerge more clearly in the course of our discussion of leftist psychology. (Also, see paragraphs 227-230.)

So... It turns out I know Randy personally. I've hung out with him on multiple occasions, though not in the past several years, and based on rational conversations I had with him at the time, I really believe the poor ******* has completely lost his mind. From what I've heard, his life kinda took a nosedive since I last saw him. I do know the story about his wife running off with an Aggie is BS, though. Charles (everyone calls him Dan for some reason) has never been married and doesn't have any kids. He did have a girlfriend last time I saw him who might have ran off with an Aggie, but I got the impression that she was the one wanting to get married and he was just stringing her along.

Anyway, it's sad seeing someone you know descend into such a state of delusion and insanity. Nobody takes his rantings and ravings seriously in the real world, neither should anyone here.

Now Randy is threatening to blow it all up if the Colts' attorney doesn't "do the right thing." The guy is really sad. I'd again reeeeaaaaaaally like him to explain where any fraud occurred. Specifically. As in, show me how each element of fraud is met by anyone's actions. He won't, because he can't.

He isn't going to make it after tomorrow!

quote:
As I said, this breaks one way or another tomorrow. If Sharon Israel doesn't do the right thing by close of business tomorrow, registered letters get sent Wednesday. The filing of fraudulent pleadings in a federal court action is a massive miscalculation. TAMU has XXXX up seriously and they are going to get called on this, either by Counselor Israel or by myself. It's her option.
quote:
Sharon Israel owes it to Sim Lake to let him know is what is going on with the fraudulent pleading. If this blows up, Sim is going to look bad and no attorney with knowledge of fraudulent activity by opposing counsel can remain silent and allow a federal judge to have his integrity as a jurist called into question.

People need to step up and start acting responsibly because the clock is ticking. If people think no one in the media has this story they are sadly mistaken. This is going to go public very soon and people are going to have their actions called into question.

Now, Counselor Israel can ignore the fraud being perpetuated by the university. Sim Lake can ignore the fraud being perpetuated by the university. The problem for them is the media has this story and is sitting on it, waiting for an opportune time to run with it. And if the individual(s) who have this story choose to savage the integrity of Counselor Israel and/or Judge Lake for intentionally avoiding their ethical obligations, it just looks worse for them and not acting in an ethical manner in this (or any) federal court action can have very serious professional repercussions.

This is a nasty, ugly situation TAMU administrators have created for themselves. The only questions are how ugly will this get for John Sharp and his friends and how much collateral damage it will cause for the attorneys involved and the judge hearing the case. Texas A&M University is perpetuating a fraud before Judge Sim Lake's court. Try as they may, there is no way for the principal parties involved to ignore that salient fact.

This is going public. It is only a matter of when and the "when" is soon. Very soon. Trust me, there are people reading this thread. I have been corresponding with them on a regular basis. They have much more information than I have provided in my posts. The information has been verified and fact checked. It is just a matter of when they choose to go public with the story and considering tomorrow is either the day Sharon Israel spills the beans to Judge Lake or the day she avoids her ethical duty to do so, my guess is this story will break sooner rather than later.

This dumbass is frothing at the mouth before the response to the filing is even filed. Is he too dumb to realize that even if a response is filed that it's going to be a while, and that it might actually settle before any other action is taken?

He keeps referring to the Seahawks settlement. He neglects to mention that a part of that settlement was that the Seahawks admitted that A&M was the owner of the trademark.

Everytime I think he can't get any dumber, he goes and says something like this . . . and totally redeems himself

quote:
The problem for both the Colts and the university is that the press has this story and will unquestionably go public with the truth about the 1939 radio play as the origins of the **** 12th Man fairy tale.

The **** complaint reads, in part:
The 12TH MAN Mark was initially adopted in 1922 as a remembrance of a student at Texas A&M, E. King Gill, and his spirit of readiness to serve Texas A&M's football team in time of need.

Everyone understands that is a false assertion and was made essentially to perpetuate the unlawful scheme which began when the university filed the fraudulent trademark application.

Judge Lake has two options, allow the fraudulent pleadings to stand and be mocked in public as a corrupt jurist who cares more about his undergrad alma mater than his professional ethics or claim he didn't know the true history of his alma mater and make himself out to be an idiot who stupidly believed everything he was taught at fish camp. Neither option is especially attractive for a federal jurist. I would hate to be either counsel in this matter after Judge Lake is put into a position of public humiliation.

The two sides can settle the case tomorrow, but the article is still going to be published showing Counselor Israel knew about he school's fraudulent scheme and that she did nothing to notify the court about what was going on. She will be facing a complaint before the Texas State bar for not disclosing the fraudulent scheme that the university has been perpetuating and she will have to explain how she acted in her client's best interest in advising them to enter into a settlement when she knew the entire case is part of a fraudulent scheme designed to deprive her client of its money.

As far as the attorney for the university, he is screwed. Once the article that is coming out makes it to the desk of the Texas Attorney General, all hell will break loose, so a settlement does nothing for ****. Not disclosing the fraud to the court does nothing for Counselor Israel. Regardless of whether the article gets published this week or not, this matter will be in the hands of the Texas AG's office and the U.S. Attorney's office by the first of next week.

On the positive side for ****, once this breaks, the Johny Manziel and campus racism stories are going to get pushed aside. Oh, and Chip Brown also has this story, so if you think he isn't going to go off on John Sharp, you probably should guess again.
