On Jeopardy! tonight there was a category of "Texas History." The $800 clue should have sent him over the edge (short trip) as the vaunted Jeopardy! researchers stated A&M was the first public college, founded in 1876. No mention of being part of tu, etc.

To make it worse, there was no disclaimer or statement of royalties paid to the sips for the use of the word "Texas" in the category title.

Can anyone post the Jeopardy stuff on the 780+ A&M (not obsessed at all) thread to make sure Randy sees it? I'd love to see the manifesto he creates after his head explodes. Many network and cable executives, producers, fact checkers, editors, Nielson ratings statisticians, and Alex Trebek may want to polish up their resumes. Their jobs are now what is in Jeopardy.

WRT Fort Worth - sips did file a "cease and desist". Fort Worth changed their logo and words "Fort Worth" are always supposed to be above it. And that's fine.
