My son and his 3 friends are seeking a lease near campus starting fall 2025. They are all c/o 28 and would prefer something that is within reasonable biking distance to campus.

4 Bedroom is preferable, but even 2 or 3 might work.

I could go through normal channels. But since I'm a good Ag and a landlord myself, I'm hoping for an off market deal.

Leasing does happen crazy early but probably still too early for most properties.

I have a 3 bedroom coming available I believe (current tenants indicated they are moving). 3 mins to Vet School, 5 mins to Campus. On Blanco Lane in Bryan. $1350 rent. Not a 100% the current tenants are moving but if this is something you might be interested in let me know.
