My son and his 3 friends are seeking a lease near campus starting fall 2025. They are all c/o 28 and would prefer something that is within reasonable biking distance to campus.
4 Bedroom is preferable, but even 2 or 3 might work.
I could go through normal channels. But since I'm a good Ag and a landlord myself, I'm hoping for an off market deal.
