Some folks just taking their profits and downsizing would be my assumption.
Those houses are very expensive to maintain and most need significant updating. They are mostly around 20 years old and probably need new HVAC, windows, appliances etc. Older style floor plans and trim.
HOA dues and taxes are pretty pricey.
If you buy at the back of the subdivision it takes a long time to go from the gate to the house and back so don't forget anything!
Furst Ranch will be developed soon, so the corner of 1171 and 377 is about to get even crazier. Going north-south on 377 at rush hour is a brutal.
Argyle schools and also close to Liberty Christian which is nice. Argyle schools are exploding though.
