I remember driving past that all the time when I worked in Bryan. I guess a selling point is that it's just a few blocks from the federal women's prison so you might be able to catch a peek of Elizabeth Holmes from the top floor!

You'd be surprised how many contractors want to build this exact thing. I contacted 5 contractors saying I wanted a porch with a shed-style cover. Almost everyone came back with this gable style monstrosity.
