I don't think south Louisiana has the clientele but there are several hotels in WA and OR that used to be old schools. They are pretty neat spots. Check out the McMenamins if you are ever up in the PNW!

On a COMPLETELY unrelated note, I fell into our pool fully clothed yesterday. I was waking on the raised edge that a water feature is concealed in and got tripped up on some grass. Good thing the water broke my fall. The sprinkler guy was working on one of the nearby sprinkler heads, so there were witnesses.
