9,000 square feet! That's a wild house, lots of elements I like (windows and light, big rooms) and plenty of funky stuff too.

That's because Klein ISD isn't as prestigious as the list g makes it out to be. Klien high school might have been something 30 years ago, but that whole area just keeps getting rougher and rougher.

What MEEN said but also because that's a hell of a lot of poorly-designed space to try and do something with, assuming that one would actually want to. One of the downfalls of having a McMansion, updating finishes and changing things around is going to run you a whole lot more than it would on something smaller.

I bought a couple of street signs that came from a neighborhood I was always in from the City of Seattle and they gave me a nice little receipt for it in case cops thought they were stolen.
