there's a house close to 4,700 sqft right behind it so I guess you could go that big....probably wouldn't advise it though.

Looks like a nod to a French Quarter theme with the symmetry and large double deck front porch, shutters, etc. Seen a few of those in the heights in the last 10 years (maybe longer but that is my memory).

Not sure if this belongs here, but I'm posting anyway.....Overall, house is great, but are my eyes playing tricks on me or did they really just put two box store Samsung ranges next to each other in this million dollar kitchen vs. doing what they should have done and put in a luxury range (Thermador, etc.)?!?!
