Yeah, I kind of figured it was supply chain issues, or at least hoped it was. But you'd think they would have had it figured out in the 12 months it probably took to plan and build this house....

You'd also hope they'd put a note in the listing saying "XYZ range is on order and will be installed when it arrives." The fact that they didn't makes me think they're just running with this.....

My wife sent my wedding ring before the wedding to be engraved. My mom offered to handle it for her.

My wife had written a Latin phrase and then the note said "if the first one does fit." It had the second choice on the back of the note. The Latin phrase didn't fit. Luckily my mom called my wife to be or my ring would have been engraved with if the first one doesn't fit because no one look at the back of the note.

If that kitchen was gutted and and stripped, new elec and plumb, some framing reworked, it may be a $150k kitchen? Likely closer to $110-120k? The appliance bill was less than $15-20K...and those cabinets are not custom, not cheap stock either, but likely above average cabinets...maybe $30-35K for those. There is nothing special or super-pricey about it.

I figured it was typo and supposed to be a detached, but it looks like there may be an attached garage over the property line.
