There is a pack n play in there. That is obviously a comfy chair for breastfeeding and pumping (the console is great to put your pump on).

everything is horrible - fluorescent lights, three different flooring styles, terrible wood grain cabinets, white appliances

Yes. It's a really good school district, and they do not accept any transfers. It also keeps you close to BCS without Brazos taxes, and away from Hearne. We are 1 mile outside of their zone, and I wish we had bought in Robertson County simply to stay out of BISD, and still get into a good school.
