Decor is pretty old peopleish, and the kitchen definitely shows a big late '90s HGTV influence (fake ivy all the things!). Needs updating with help from a decorator or an owner who's good with that sort of thing because it's a mix of a bunch of different generic '00s stuff going on with the finishes.

I know most listing have a little bit of touch up but, why does the exterior and landscape of this house look completely photoshopped? I checked on Google Maps and everything shown is there but something with this listing just seems... off?

The grass seems an unnatural shade of green and the edging around the mailbox looks photo-shopped. Also, from the listing pics, the mailbox isn't shown- it's cut off. Is there no mailbox so was it photo-shopped in and that's why it looks like it does?

Also, the shadow under the car pull-through looks too "crisp" compared to shadows elsewhere, i.e. around the trees.

Edit: The sun is never directly overhead like the shadows "claim" it is. Sunlight should extend under one side or another at the carport or the shadow of it should extend into the yard depending on which direction the house is actually facing.

I'm glad others think things are off. Thought I was going crazy looking at the shadows.

Looking at google maps, the driveway overhang, slide, and shed all exist so not sure why they decided to enhance (?) those. Seems like an easy way to drive people away.

I still don't understand the appeal of overcooked HDR. I'd never pay for it if I were a realtor. Strange that some of them actually request it.

For every cheap, fast, ugly way of doing something, there's a more professional way to shoot it or edit it. A lot of this simply comes down to photographers who don't know what they're doing and realtors who don't know that they can find someone better (and in a lot of cases, for the same price). I've never done virtual staging but I understand the purpose. The rest of the things you listed are unforgivable.
