I wouldn't touch it! Can you imagine? Any time you dug a fence post you'd wonder. Couldn't plant a garden, that's for sure.

In terms of flips that's pretty bad. Not the worst, but definitely up there in terms of 'WTF were they thinking?' between the time portal and zero storage whatsoever in either bathroom.

Great curb appeal on that place. Nailed the outside, boofed the inside. I didnt realize the 'portal' led into a lower level indoor patio that used to be outdoor.

To me the outside is completely unsure of what style it's supposed to be. Original MCM elements covered up, the cut and finish of the wood added goes another sort of farmhouse-ish direction I guess (and will look awesome in 9-12 months when it's all greyed because San Antonio). The color painted over the brick is another tangent, it's sort of a jumble.

Was anyone able to get a final headcount of the number of air purifiers in the house? I stopped counting at 14.

I just stumbled across this thread. It provided a lot of entertainment today as I pretend to work.

Perhaps it has been asked here before but for the agents who are posting how do you go about telling people that their decor/furniture choices suck and they need to make changes if they want to sell their home?

From an interior layout and design standpoint that whole thing is just... ouch. There's just so much going on but very little (sober) thought went in to any sort of planning. Also it's like a day care worth of seating and space, but for who?

Wonderful example of an early '90s McMansion though!
