I'm probably showing my age by saying that every time I see a listing like that, I don't think "filter", I think "wow, that agent is using a an old pre-2000 film camera and the film went bad".

it's amazing to me that the artist took the time to make all of those sketches. a true talent.
Those interior pics... goodness. That breaks my heart. How do photographers crank out bad HDR and still get jobs like this one? Say what you will about the house itself, but those images could have really been great. There's a half dozen potential portfolio shots in there. Absolute wasted opportunity.

For a 5.9 MM$ home this has to be the weakest ass home theater. I've seen people with little budgets put out better. It probably sounds like an echo chamber.

Faux paint has noise dampening properties you must be unaware of,

This is also why I hate any kind of built in or TV hidey-hole. I looked at so many houses with the recessed hole for their sweet 2004 27" CRT TV.
Even worse is when the hidey hole is in the corner off center of the room. It bugs the sheet out of me.

My sister's house is like this. They are limited to a 47" tv in the corner in a room that is probably 20'x15' with a 3 sided sectional couch. There is no good viewing angle in that house except directly in front of the TV.
