Their kitchen is not in the basement, and I get that the storage is, but to call that great storage is a stretch, which is how they have it listed in a few places.

I'm not missing anything. I acknowledged the storage was in the basement.

I'm saying that house shouldn't be $375K no matter which way you look at it, and the pictures the realtor put up are pretty horrible.

So that place is on the way to kids school. I think they wanted like $5MM for it, it had a kick-ass Jay Leno style garage.

Glad they're remodeling, but my kids will miss castle house.

It's not my primary source of income, but the business has grown quite a bit over the past two years. I typically do 3-4 shoots per weekend.

Edit: that particular realtor never removes the previous photos when she adds mine, so there's about a dozen of the old images mixed in.

Thanks! I'm always a little disappointed at how the listing images look after going from photographer to realtor to MLS, but hopefully the results are still a big step forward from what would be seen otherwise. You can see the difference between those photos and the ones I've posted here. Something about that process dulls the image, even when we give them the exact size and resolution that they ask for. I guess as long as everyone's happy and the homes are selling, we're good to go.

I think that's an issue with Tempo that will "hopefully" work itself out later this month when we switch over to Matrix.

Do you do ITL or no? I'm always looking for another good vendor.

Absolutely. My primary market is Austin, but I shoot in Galveston and Houston as well. If I have to travel, it's usually best to try to knock out a few in one trip whenever possible. I'd love the opportunity to add more clients in that area. Please let me know if there's ever anything I can do for you.
