No reason to help inside. I think we've blocked half of the interior shots. And the other half had good defense. Don't give them any room on the outside.

Our zone offense is just hold the ball and pass then hold the ball and pass.

We look way better on defense with Ndea at 5 because we can just switch all these screens and overwhelm them with athleticism. Ciera is a liability in this matchup

Aggies changed up defense and Iowa State was completely lost. They had shot violations, turnovers or ending up taking horrible shots at the buzzer.

Much better defense and glad Ags are only down by 5. If you can't post up, the guards need to get to the paint and take a closer jumper. Someone needs to help out Nixon. Kayla and Wilson got to make shots.
We are lucky to be down by 5 with the way they shot it early. Starky seemed to make some adjustments at the end of the half but Gary needs to tweak the zone offense in the second half.
