They wanted a foul on the jump ball call at the end of regulation. Said there was too much contact. I guess they are blindly forgetting about the fact that their player swung elbows and looked like she broke Morris's jaw.
Fennelly also said the 4th quarter was too physical and they feel like we got away with a lot of no calls. From my perspective, I thought we got a lot of calls against us that we didn't deserve, but when you look at the second half when you compare it to the first, it was a lot more even. First half they only called 3 fouls on Iowa State.
Edit #3, but I wanted to add that besides the facts stated above, Fennelly was VERY respectful of our team and gave nothing but praise for the game that was played. Said they never ever felt safe because they knew it was a 40 minute game and A&M was coming. I enjoyed his interview. Good man.
