Sorry if there's a thread on this, Amazon mandating a 5-day in-office "RTO" starting next year. A lot of backlash as is expected/imagined to this move.

Am I missing the reading of the tea leaves that this is just a veiled attempt for employers to force attrition to higher %s so as to not pay severance and prune down the 'less engaged' of the bunch?Quote:
