Need help getting an older checking account statement from back in 2010. I've talked to multiple people on the phone, but they are all telling me they can only go back 7 years.

Did you make a written request? They have them, you're just not getting them at the local level.

It's going to be difficult even if they have that far back. I needed copies of checks 5 years prior in a Wells Fargo account that I had closed 4 years prior to my call. i had major difficulties obtaining them. My situation was desperation and after talking to 3 different people, one finally broke down and helped as she could sense the urgency.
