I have an employee in a professional role that we've tried and tried to get them to improve the way they communicate / interact with employees hired to help them. They continue to be overbearing and emotional intermittently, which really negatively impacts the people that work with them.
Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of a course that we can get them to attend - offsite, with professional folks that can maybe really make an impact? I'd appreciate any help or direction.
