I agree. I actually think ethereum has some good days ahead of it. I personally think proof of stake is its fatal flaw, though. Because of this fatal flaw, I don't think it'll ever approach Bitcoin dominance and will ultimately fail (or have to significantly evolve over time to be something entirely different than Bitcoin). What I imagine is something like a technology company; nothing like a decentralized trustless monetary system like Bitcoin.

But, take that with a huge grain of salt.

ETHs got multiple issues but the gas fees disincentivized me from sticking with it for too long back in 2020, when I was interested in such things. I also think PoS makes it inevitable that companies like Blackrock will take control of the network if/when an ETF gets approved.

But they're doing real work and some of it involved ai. So I do have a small bag of that and the deepfake one. But other than that I don't have any AI stuff.

One avenue I'm pretty surprised hasn't been developed in DeFi and with smart contracts is escrow work. 2 parties can use a smart contract as escrow etc
