MSTR is 3x NAV. It makes no sense holding that paper. I imagine it will begin to underperform now that BTC options are on the table.

Likewise. I'll start picking it up around $150 as I believe we'll get a pullback around that level. Although Id have no issues owning it below $170 where it's at right now.

I'm waiting for $GOOG to drop below $150.
MSTR will be the BTC bank of the future. Their value is not their Bitcoin holdings, it is the cost of acquiring that much Bitcoin today. Admittedly this run up has been insane though.

Bought a couple POWL $250 puts for December. Pure gamble on an expected lower move of this correction.
If you wanted to protect your position, the $2.40's are reasonable and could get 2x if POWL were to come down to $230 which ProgN and I have both mentioned as a potential lower low;

I'm sorry this just doesn't make any sense. BTC bank of the future? What exactly does that mean? It's value has been a levered bitcoin play but that has gone away now that you can trade Bitcoin options via IBIT.Fightin2010 said:

There is literally nothing stopping any major private investor from doing the same thing they are doing.

Bought TSLL looking for $31. Stop $19.75. It's mainly a hedge against my protective put that could lose me some shares.
The point is they have plans to offer several bitcoin-based financial products which will be revenue producing, and if anyone else wanted to catch up to their holdings what do you think it would do to the price of bitcoin to accumulate 300,000+ Bitcoin starting today? So in my opinion, their floor is the present value of their held bitcoin at some small multiple, but their ceiling is quite a bit higher.

First mover effect is big given the supply cap. Available supply will prevent, or dramatically slow down, other companies from getting to where Saylor is with MSTR.

If not, you should if you haven't and enjoy active trading. Pullup a 3 week chart and the daily range per day. Look at it's intraday chart at 11:35 am today when it flashed an entry point. It was around $28.60 at that time and now it's at $30 at 12:20. It's just a fun stock to stack singles.

Generally speaking, I don't like to do that with single stocks. Especially after SMCI.

Can count it as 5 waves up off the low, but it's a pretty funky structure even if so. Might just be the first wave of a larger upward correction. I'm watching for the next drop to see how it takes shape. If it's a choppy drop, I'll be looking for support to buy for a larger move up. If it's faster and impulsive to the downside, I'll be staying away. Anything I do will be posted here with very clearly defined stop levels.Brian Earl Spilner said:
