I don't really follow crypto, but I thought most of the infrastructure currently depends on the Ethereum network, no?

Does that not all depend on Ethereum being a stable coin?

I would wait. This move in bonds (and reverse in yields) is a very clear 5-wave move. Trending impulsive moves that reverse the previous trend are either the start of a new trend (would mean bonds have topped and yields bottomed), or the first move of a counter-trend correction (meaning this move should retrace back up in bonds and then fall again in a completion move down).

This is not the time to guess and not the time to take a chance. I entered and advised the TLT play when it had a chance to trend UPWARD. Now that it hasn't and has gotten very deep, this is a time to be cautious and let clarity emerge.

Sure, but I'm not buying for the yield. I was buying for the trending move and hopes of selling at a higher price.

just when you think the world couldn't get any crazier...it does. Now we've got election on our hands. If Trump wins I don't expect a market freakout. If Kamala wins I expect the GOP to go full nuclear with lawsuits, delays, and disruptions. For the record I'm in the GOP so this isn't a political post.

If I were to want to hedge for this uncertainty and possible chaos, what would I buy right now?

I know VIX is a short term deal so maybe VIX calls that are OTM out in December or January?

no, i would not say most of the infrastructure depends on the ethereum network. a lot of ****coins do, though.

ETHBTC is down 51% since "the merge" on 9/15/22. the ETF has been a complete flop as well, all time flows of -$493M. to put that in context, flows yesterday on BTC ETFs were +$479M.

Q's in a classic rising wedge pattern nearing its converging point...I know bearish in nature to you technical guys, I still think megacaps rip this to the upside this week...I just hope all the election year/incumbent metrics are wrong if we rip...
