Ive wondered this as well. Theyre close to running out of cash. Since they have no debt (at least that I can tell), I wouldnt think theres a huge Chapter 11 risk? Unless theyve racked up a large AP balance? Im clearly not a finance guy though so maybe someone could explain their situation to me.
