Free-cash-flow-to-revenue ({Operating cash flow + property, plant & equipment} / Revenue) > 5%
P/E Ratio < 15
S&P > BB
Reasonable Margin of safety (DCF intrinsic value/current price)

Good luck finding such things these days...

Buffett also loves total market cap to GDP...we're currently way over-valued based on this metric...and nearing his signal of a market sell-off...from what I read a week or so ago...

Not calling a top but be mindful of strong green opens turn to deep red sell offs those indicate a top. With earnings coming to close and markets overbought, it won't take much to cause a lot of selling. JMO

If 4400 holds next week then I think we can still flirt with 4750-4800 before the bear market renews. Weekly beer candles moved to indecision, but no indications yet that the rally is over. Las time we had a week like this was April and it was followed by 4 more indecision weeks. That would line up well with September rally followed by seasonal October death drop.

SMCI is a machine, but don't FOMO this one, just be patient and let it come back to you. Then you can buy more shares and ride the next wave instead of being a stranded astronaut and miss out. JMO

They have had positive net income lately so they may not need the CAPEX. They already have proven products that are in demand and they can always sell back the shares if they ever do need the cash, it's also good to know they feel bullish enough to know their stock is undervalued and would rather grow that cash organically in stock.
