Been down that road many times and it's gut wrenching. I was mentoring a close friend through one of these situations in 2021 and all of 2022 - my friend was responsible for one of four segments and it was the only segment that worked after rollout....ADP vs PeopleSoft. His around the clock documentation about killed him as to why the software firm wasn't delivering, but he came out on top and they hated him. He was the only dissenting voice in the room for rollout and it delayed the rollout for 9 months and software firm ate the cost.

I worked with SalesLogic and believed it to be superior to SalesForce. In the end, SalesLogic was found to be superior,....but when your company owners have a major ownership stake in SalesForce, they get to call the shots on what program is to be used. It was a double suck situation. I have nothing good to say about SalesForce.

AAPL could go through a retest cycle but when a stock like it hits a new high there is usually big fireworks ahead.

so, what are the thoughts on the board? are the lows in for the year? do we retest the 3,800 March lows? or God forbid, do we even sniff or go back to the 3,500 October lows? I personally just do not see either without some major catalyst, but would love to hear thoughts on the next 6 months. Mega cap & AI bubble definitely seems stretched, but I just don't see a major drop back to those lows and think it trades in a 4,100-4,350 type range.

It would be inhumane to hit 4200 and not fill that 8 month gap. That said, the bears used it as a carrot the one time it looked like it was going to get filled, so maybe. But if this breakout confirms I think we see crazy stupid kind of rally as high as 4325.

Given the labor report and jobs added - I highly doubt they will pause on hikes. If anything it'll be like what one of the Fed members was saying in that pausing for June to get some more data before resuming in July.FTAG 2000 said:

If Jamie Dimon thinks that rates are going higher, I have little to no doubt that rates are going higher or we can change how we view/interpret labor into the model.
Edit: We added 339K jobs last month and unemployment is 3.7% with declining workforce as baby boomers continue to retire. Going to keep putting more pressure on labor until AI or technology proves out to fill the gaps

Congrats OA! Sounds exciting for all parties involved.
OKTA Killed it on earnings but got hammered. I don't see it going into a long consolidation channel. Bulls are going to kill the bears I think.
Also, BIGC broke out. ASAN and BIGC.....we get a bull market rally again and you'll want those in your portfolios

Looks like it's starting to get some juice here this last 30 minutes.
Anytime a stock pops at the open, consolidates and then crawls back to days opening levels you know big money is in the block order mode.
