Anyone taken a look at NGL in a while. It's beginning to set up. It's been building a strong base above $2.40-$2.50 and is bull flagging with falling volume.

Daily:
They have consistently paid down debt, but are still highly leveraged. Insider buying has dried up, but it still seems like this has room to $4, maybe more over the next 18 months.

It would be inhumane to hit 4200 and not fill that 8 month gap. That said, the bears used it as a carrot the one time it looked like it was going to get filled, so maybe. But if this breakout confirms I think we see crazy stupid kind of rally as high as 4325.
I wish OA was here for consensus but man this really feels like a rip the close situation.
