When you have time, like on a weekend or something, will you look into SMCI from a fundamental side not TA. Based on some of your previous posts, I believe they're in an industry that you're very familiar with.

Ok SPY update from a redneck point of view.
Same chart I've posted before but zoomed in a bit and a few more details.
407.86 (MT from lows/highs I mentioned) prior level held……but
Lost the 21EMA today
The blue box I had on prior charts. That's a mess and I think needs to be cleaned up. If I'm a betting man I think we see 404s. Just below the blue EMA which is the 50.
After that 400ish is a magnet IMO. Close to the red EMA which is the 200. Yeah 402 and change is in between.
Lose that and I could see bouncing our way through 398, 395, 392 to 388ish.
Red box to the right is a possibility to chop into for a few days….but….not my cup of tea to trade into unless your Josey Wales. I can't ride that horse this week.
416.32 (oh one of my favorite trading levels for a while) has to break and hold to go up. 410.71ish first though.

If you like a good ax check out Husqvarna. Gransfors/hults quality but a lot cheaper. Love mine (except i found a piece of concrete the other day hacking roots out for a new flower bed...got to spend some quality time with the file)

The tech world is so different than it was 20 years ago. Maybe that happens but it's also stupid because we are about to have the AI boom.

It was a bit of a gamble but I went with my gut and bought more shares at $2.85 last night. I just sold those shares for a 40% return. Good start to the day.
Didnt get any PACW but grabbed some WAL in AH yesterday when it dipped down. Didnt catch the bottom but got in at 19 after it reversed.

Trading on fundamentals when a stock or sector is moving based on mass fear is a dangerous game. Fundamentals don't matter a lick in times like this.
And no matter how "strong" a bank might be, it's only as strong as the faith of the depositors within it and it's ability to hold the line in the event those depositors pull their money.
Don't forget that the entire system is built on fractional banking and faith. The FDIC will even be irrelevant if enough faith is lost in the system. The FDIC isn't some ultra strong backdrop. It's merely another layer of made up faith in the system. Another layer between the public and the partnership of the FED and government. Lose enough faith and there's nothing that can be done except print money.
Remember that there aren't enough deposits and assets in the world to save the day if the public loses faith and makes a run. An economy propped up by historically low interest rates and borrowed money, backed by a fraction of the valuation in cash and assets, is a ticking time bomb. Be careful.

Inflated premiums.
Not saying it will go up but I'd be surprised to see huge downside today.
Buying options on FHN, CMA, CADE and a handful of other regional banks. 1-2 contracts on each. 6-12 months out. If the banking system stabilizes these should all look good. If the banking system doesn't stabilize….welp, that would suck.

Hard to look at S/R with leveraged ETFs, but $6 has been a pretty good S/R price. If you're gonna buy, I'd have a pretty tight stop. Just my opinion

Any thoughts on MOS? Made good money both holding and trading this over the past few years, but they have been beaten down lately. Not the best earnings report yesterday but outlook is still fundamentally pretty solid in my opinion. Any short-term play here?
