this area around ~393.50 has been a major resistance area for SPY, reversed off of it 7 or so times this year.

fade the amateur open (the first hour), almost always. Flat to down til 9:30 is typically bullish.

I'd be careful playing puts here too, this market still has a lot of energy (for the upside)

If SPY approaches and breaks above 400 on dovish Fed next week, look for FOMO to kick in for retail and this reversal could get some strong acceleration upwards. JMO

I'm not watching all O&G, but the one's I'm watching are green, except for XOM. I've been preaching XOM manipulation along with WTI & Brent. Okay, if you don't buy off on conspiracy or manipulation, just consider it luck that everyone else is buying all other O&G's and totally missing XOM....a real diamond in the rough...a hidden gem... You might consider buying.

He doesn't want to be the Fed chief that causes several banks to collapse because he waited too long to start raising interest rates and then aggressively raised them to catch up. Even if he raises .25, it will be the last before a pause and probably be accompanied by dovish comments.

Hope you're right, as I am in the CRE space, but I think there will be two more hikes. Market is already starting to settle, giving him some rope to make these hikes
