I had to cancel my WeBull accounts when I was onboarding with my broker dealer. I will say that I LOVED their mobile app for trading. I wish some bigger firm would buy out there app development team and just straight up copy it.

Was able to make one drive trade. Once up just set a trail and it triggered. Probably left $ on the table but can't manage it.

Still above the open but this is "level acceptance" which may mean further downside. Upward movement needs to have some power

Tough year for Celsius with this class action lawsuit.. and Flo Rida being awarded $83M in damages in his lawsuit against Celsius.

I'm letting a SPY put stay red for a little while for this very reason. Need to see a little more power to the upside before I abandon the downard move.

When I was more of a discretionary trader, I paid closer attention to L2. The behavior can give you a decent confirmation of your (already) planned entries.

BUT, L2 behavior can change pretty quickly. For instance on QQQ, today at the beginning the 10:50 candle, I noticed the ask had turned into a brick wall and was being jammed down. Hadn't seen this sustained behavior in a while, so I thought the bears might be trying to put in a top and take it below yesterday's high.

But bulls continue to be so strong, as they have been this month, and took us back to the highs.

For 30K and others - when you trade SPY/SPX, are you usually going zero day / next expiration?

Or do you pick something a week out and trade that for more wiggle room?

Thanks for calling out that trade. It was a good R:R. 1. buying at support the daily open. Allows a tight stop around that level to minimize the risk if it continues downward. It's close to the downtrend line drawn from the HOD so it won't take long to see if the downtrend is broken. Plenty of time in day to retest the HOD or go higher good risk to reward ratio. Appreciate you taking the time to post and sharing.

I find myself way more comfortable trading about 2-3 days out. Don't move as erratically but still have tight spreads and get decent moves.

0D is fine if you size small and are smart with stops. Double edged sword here is outsized gain and very rapid losses

7D is what most of you should trade. More forgiving.

Let me post an example of why. I think this will help you guys with your decision making

If you bought ten 0D calls, you would have sat through +/- $2k in drawdown while waiting for the chop to resolve.

SPY, you would have endured 0.25 of chop.

Tsla.on a tear the last month…thoughts? Wait for a pullback or buy more now?
