That whole offer is garbage. Including the price per share offer. It's a predatory move for a company that wants to paper over its own poor balance sheet.

I don't need a crappy microcap gold/silver miner buying out my lotto ticket for themselves and receiving their own crappy stock. They poke fun at WWR for not making money when they cant even achieve positive EBITDA for themselves. Looks like quite the downward spiral since IPO teehee.

Looking at 3Q22 financials, WWR had $100MM in cash and 48MM outstanding shares so they are trying to force a sale on an asset where WWR has done a lot of legwork already. I'm glad they haven't even picked up the phone, they shouldn't. Their clickbait "73% premium for WWR shareholders" should be a violation. IDR CEO John Swallow, can, you know, swallow deez nutz.

I figured there would be (just a few - ha) posts regarding the IDR offer.

I've made the same statement multiple times. Haven't sold a single core holding share. Do I take advantage of $0.80 buys to sell above $1. Who wouldn't? Trades for 20% ROI is 20% ROI no matter if mass accumulated or owning zero shares.

World events sucked. That's the bottom line for a whole bunch of stocks, but especially those impacted by suspending operations, supply chain disruption and about every challenge a business could have faced. The premise of initially buying was based on production to begin in 2022. Early buyers received a lucky short squeeze to cash in for net free+ on mass accumulated shares. Ongoing delays allowed shorts to step on the neck. End of year tax selling had a predictable crescendo effect, which many took advantage of for buying $0.80 (even some sub $0.80).

Have the delays stretched their balance sheet? Of course. But it all comes down to production of a purified material that is central to the new world push. Yes, I've been on site and watched the process. It should go without saying that I am convinced enough to keep a significant amount of money through the unforeseeable challenges.

Everyone must make their own determination, based on risk and potential. I've been blessed to be a lot more right than wrong on mass accumulation decisions. But I have been wrong, so following MA is a personal choice. I think I'm right on WWR, even though I'm not happy with the circumstances.
