Oil, Nat Gas and LNG are my comfort food, especially during a dem administration (caveat being no nasty regulatory rulemaking in the works). If VLO, PSX, RRC, LNG and CRK dip much more today I'm going in heavy. But that's not based on technical analysis like the pros on this thread follow

Bounced off 21 SMA support on 15 min chart. Looking for back test of 8 SMA or loss of 21 SMA (around SPY 400). 50 SMA down around 398 and 200 is at 396.60 on 15 min timeframe.
See what happens at 401.26 on SPY. Makes it there and rejects or confirms. That's about MT of the high to low recent flash.

Keep in mind, today is just releasing the minutes from the meeting at the beginning of the month. Usually the Fed members have already spoken about everything from the meeting. Next rate decision isn't until Dec 14.
Minutes release usually makes the market jiggy for 5-10 minutes in a range of about 1% or so. The last minutes release that really did anything of consequence were on August 17th, which gave a nice push up... but returned right back to the middle of the range by the end of the day.
