yeah my smiley face bottom turned upside down!

scalped puts on that dumpster dive. Made up any losses today and then some.

I played a couple 0dte's too. I'm getting better at these, especially when going OTM 5 strikes.

Should've trusted myself more and held on to my puts. Bought some December 7th 396P at market open and got out for 30%. These things are up 60% now

Have gone risk free on all trades taken today. Added some 385P for 11/25. Took over 50% profit on 3/5 of those. House money baby!

Nothing like being able to magically time a European rocket strike. :-)

unreal. i bought some XSP puts about 5 min before that volume spike as it looked clearly like it was going to at least fade down another level. sometimes i just can't win.

Caterpillar employee 'immediately incinerated' after falling into pot of molten iron, OSHA says (kwtx.com)

MAPLETON, Ill. (Gray News) A Caterpillar employee was "immediately incinerated" when he fell into an 11-foot-deep pot of molten iron heated to more than 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit, according to the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

OSHA said in a news release Wednesday that the death of the 39-year-old employee happened on June 2 at a Caterpillar foundry in central Illinois, which produces cast iron engine components.

It was only the employee's ninth day on the job.

A federal investigation determined that, if proper safety guards had been installed, the death could have been avoided, OSHA said.

Investigators with OSHA found that the foundry regularly exposed employees to unprotected fall hazards as they worked close to deep containers of molten iron.

The employee who died was a melting specialist who was removing a sample of iron from a furnace when he fell into the melting pot.
When you're having a really bad day try to keep things in perspective.
