An anecdote for you all on Meta. I know several people well who are new director or VP types at Meta. I wouldn't consider them to be above average IT leaders. One of them I think is bottom quartile. They inexplicably got these jobs at Meta, making $1M a year or more. Other, super highly qualified people I know can't even get an interview there.

I think they're going down.

I'm a big fan of John Carter, though I've never subscribed to Simpler Trading. He was making the case just over a year ago for FB/META as a 10 year buy and hold (as well as Ethereum). I'm kind of curious what his current thoughts on META are. Anyone subscribe?

QQQ is fine. TQQQ is leveraged at 1.3x. Lots of discussion on its risks/benefits. I'm a fan.

I used to until he started checking out in my opinion. He showed up less and less often. Up to 6 months ago he was a believer in meta. He's also a believer in crypto and I want to say he was dumping a lot of his trading profits into it.

He's not so stupid to not have stops, but I think he's a great trader, not great Warren Buffett.

Amen! My kids play video games too but they request camping and going to Red River NM more than anything else.

Honestly, a dream of mine is owning some real estate in northern NM to live in from May-Sep then rent to skiers in the winter.

Maybe trading will get me there.
