You're welcome. Last note on the array. Each successive strike further away from the first is smaller. If I enter 100 $420 Spy puts, I'll enter 50 $413's and 30 $408's, as example.

If you see a bounce back to the 200DMA I can tell you that I'll be entering a major put position. I had 30 of those expiring $426 puts entered Thursday as a probability trade but main trade entered was the 100 Sept $420 puts. With markets breaking $422 closed $426 & 25 of Sept

So we lost 4200 overnight. Is this the big one?
We obviously have the 413 gap and then another a ways out at 380 or so. Do we think we get a bounce in here for one last touch of the 200?

Jackson Hole this week should provide for some good trading. Choppy then direction. Until then trade levels and execute.

You bought right before their "special dividend". Your purchase is not as bad as it looks. You'll have an equal number of APE shares as you do AMC and it's unclear how much APE should be valued at. It sounds like share holders will be able to vote to covert APE to AMC shares but the conversion rate is unknown. So it's almost like a stock split.Brian Earl Spilner said:

Yeah that's part of the reason I bought some. Bright side is it was only 30 shares and I was able to average way down this morning with another 30.

It's a target exit on my short. Probably a bounce if gets there but if you go long I'd be ready to scalp it. If bounces a rejection at 4200 I'll go short again.

Just remember if the whole market direction goes down, the speculative stocks tend to get hurt the most.

Oh baby $FSLY showing relative strength today!
So I didn't realize I already had my "APE" dividends in my account which more than made up for the drop in AMC stock this morning. So that dip I bought in Pre is just profit at this point. (And looking damn good thus far.)
Both of them already halted twice on the upswing.
