It seems like a buy to me for long term, I've been holding it a while and so I have so some losses on it at this level. I am not going to add more now, and selling for the tax loss and entering again in a few months might be better.

But when Googles PE was 18 about two years ago it climbed 70% in the next year an a half, and I kick myself for not jumping into that trade when I realized it seemed so under valued compared to broader tech.

Hard to know near term, the market could see it drop another 50% with the exit from tech… maybe worth another deep dive on fundamentals, market share, and their competitors since the landscape is shifting.

Selling CC's $95 May 27 @ $0.60 = Was away. Got brokerage notice. These traded.
Selling CC's $100 May 27 @ $0.20

I do, quite a bit. Holding a little bit from ~$12 as a hedge, but if things look right I play a few hundred shares in a day.

At these levels I would only go far out if you expect a major fast market crash in that time frame.

There have been plenty of down days recently with very little movement of UVXY in comparison, the more of those lower volume choppy days we have the less UVXY will rise vs the sharper / higher volume drops.

You might look at SPX or SPY puts as an alternative if you just expect things to continue down on a slower/ lower volume basis.

Keep in mind, if there is a reversal and things rocket up UVXY will plunge down in price very fast.

I hope this made sense and please if anyone else thinks I have it wrong - feel free to put me in my place, I hate giving wrong advice and I'm nowhere near as knowledgeable as many on this thread.

I have a question on your May 27s being called out. Why would somebody call those shares out when XOM was trading under $90 on May 11th when you posted this?

Perhaps Monday is affecting my brain, but an explanation would be appreciated because it is not hitting me.

They weren't Called out at the time of the post. Someone bought the Calls at what was the high for the day on some low volume. I thought it was quite the premium they paid on that particular day. I didn't think they would trade at $0.60 that day, but I knew I would get $0.60, or better, for a $95 5/27 Strike in the coming days. Whoever bought those Calls will likely end up Calling out, or exercising, my shares away sometime between now and the 27th. That's okay with me. This particular position is a trading play. And, if XOM dips back to $88 or $89, I'll reload.

We had a Derecho here in SD. Lots of damage. Final story was winds were steady coming through our area at 98 mph and gusts of 135 mph. I'll tell you one thing, God has his hand on a heck of a lot of people - I saw many trees blown over next to homes and trailer homes that I thought wouldn't survive a 75 mph wind. The trees were uprooted surrounding the trailer homes and old homes and those structures stood with no damaged. Many roofs to be replaced here. Railcars blown over, irrigation systems, semi-trucks, etc. Next door neighbor lost a shed, 80 X 150, everything inside it was still there - untouched; however, not a single part of the shed structure has been located. What looked like a double car-port roof rolled through our backyard like a beach ball and headed across the golf course to the I-29 Interstate. Have no idea where that thing stopped. Then got black as night. I moved away from the windows and got low after that. Side note, after living in Lubbock for 3 years, I developed a more sincere appreciation for a tree, because there weren't any. Any time you lose a tree on the Plains is a rough day. Thursday,...we had a really bad day..
